Before continuing, please read the following:Â
1. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. The Exit Game has a strict no cancellation/no change policy. Please be 100% sure of your party's availability before booking an escape room. If you are unsure of the time you can arrive, we recommend booking upon arrival or calling beforehand.

2. Please arrive 15 minutes before the game. The escape room game starts promptly at the reservation time and players need to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time to check in. Late arrivals will not be accepted.
